Cancellation Policy

CVCS Training Cancellation Policy

Valor has the right to cancel any trainings due to unforeseen emergencies, low attendance, illness, death, weather, and any other issues that are out of our control. Notification will be sent via email regarding the cancellation. At that time, you can choose a different date or a full refund.

If you cancel within 72 hours of the training, there is a fee of $75.00 unless you request a different date. The partial refund will be sent within 4-6 weeks by your original payment method.

There is a $35.00 bounce check fee.

All cancellations must be in writing to info@valorhealthcaretraining.com.
